This restaurant is fantastic! Our server Yogi was so helpful and recommended lots of great dishes for my family and I to try. The food was some of the BEST Indian I have ever had. Every time we come down to Belmont Village we always leave impressed. Tonight we couldn't finish our meals the portions are large and the prices are very reasonable. We will be back to indulge ourselves here again for sure.

After enjoying many tasty Indian cuisines in restaurants in the UK, we have struggled to find I e that came close since moving to Ontario. Tonight we found Raja and can honestly say it surpassed our expectations and is now our favourite go to for Indian cuisine. The food was so flavourful and one ty of it for an incredible price too! Our service by Yogi was also fantastic. She was very helpful in explaining the dishes to us and made us feel very welcome. We will most definitely be back!
We dined at the restaurant last week and had a very great experience. Our whole family enjoyed the food. Yogi was also very attentive and wonderful. She helped make sure the restaurant was able to accommodate our large group and checked on our order and food consistently. She was very present throughout our visit. Also being Indian and from GTA, have to say that we were pleasantly surprised by the food at this restaurant. From appetizers to main course, everything was delicious. Would definitely return again.
All dishes were very tasty and very good. Andhra Masala Dosa was spicy and very soft. Gobi 65 was very good and tasted differently but was enjoyable. Must go for sure if you're in Waterloo. Call in as the place is busy.
One of my colleague recommended this place and our friends went together for lunch on Easter. All the items we ordered was delicious and felt like home food. We got a chance to meet the owner of the restaurant and he was a very nice person too. Highly recommend this place to try if you visit Waterloo.
The most authentic Indian I’ve had outside of India itself. Every dish was extremely delicious and fresh. Yogi was the best waitstaff I’ve met in a restaurant in a long time. Not only did she recommend dishes best suitable to our tastes (including rare off-menu mentions), she went above and beyond in her service to deliver the most authentic experience. I 1000% recommend this place and put it on the top of my list of KW eats.
Yes yes yes.. Really great place and great service..Food is tasty.. i live in kitchener from last 4 years and i ordered a lot of time food from here and i was always satisfied with good tasty good.. but this time I visited and had a dine in experience and they nailed it…It was my friend’s birthday and they helped up a lot to manage the small dinner party.Yogi and Sara were awesome with the service..thank you Guys for making our experience awesome… 🙂
Went there for dine in for the first time on Holi. I’ve been a regular customer but only ever ordered on Uber eats. The restaurant was neat and tidy and was super busy. The owner himself was there and reassured us that we would get a table soon. We ordered the chicken biryani and a ghee masala dosa. The chicken biryani as usual was delicious and spicy. Their Dosa was flavourful but I wish it was crispier as ours was more soft and a bit soggy. I was impressed to see that their delivery and dine in quality was consistent. Their service is also fast and their servers are super nice and always had a smile on their face. This is definitely a place that I will keep ordering from and would recommend for their delicious food!
I can still feel the flavours of the food while writing the review of this place, suggested to me for the best Indian food in town in terms of taste, freshness, variety, service as well as value for money. Owned bya promissing youngster, Mr Raja , a simple and down to earth person from Coimbatore, who himself was present and looking after the guests' needs. After long search of proper and authentic Indian food in Kithcner and Waterloo, this was the place where all the cravings and missings of authentic Indian food finally came to an end. We ordered varities of food, be it veg, snacks, non vegitarian and everything was so balanced flavoured, it felt like we were sitting in any Indian restaurant in India only. Rice were very fresh, Naans were very tasty and Tandoori Roti was very Kadak. Staff was also found to be very caring and on their toes to cater the guests' requirements and serve with a smile and ensured food was customised to our choice and taste. I could not resist to ask and note down their names as acknowledgement , they were Ms Akhsata Rodagi and Mr Anmol Singh. The place is very spacious, spices in food are well balanced , TASTE -AUTHENTIC, FOOD-FRESH, NON-VEG- FRESH & TENDER, SERVICE: 5*, NEAT & CLEAN, LOCATION : GREAT, CONNECTIVITY : GREAT, DELIVERY Well connected to all local delivery apps. If you are dying for India food, DON"T THINK anything else, just order or go there (to eat HOT-HOT) and you would feel fully satisfied. Rates are very reasonable and the portions / quantity is very good. Do try their sweedish at the end. Surely to visit again whenever I return. Thanks Mr Raja for satisfying and filling our tummies.
A must stop for authentic Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian food with a wide variety of choices from their menu. Taste is delicious . Ambience is appealing. Customer Service is good. Location is a plus. After eating , I would love to take a walk on the Belmont. Can't wait to eat again !!!
I would really appreciate your interior and the ambience that you have at your place though it would be much better if it would be much quicker at customer service. As we were really excited to try the new place; however, we had to wait a lot for the table and then none were there take order as well as I think that staff were more focused on taking third party orders rather than in-person customer service.I would be really happy if you could work on these areas and make customers happy !
They are really excellent in making money. If you call them make sure you have order which is above 200$ or 300$, or else they won't even talk to you on phone properly saying "WE HAVE 300$ ORDERS AND CANNOT DELIVER SMALL ORDER AND I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS ". They are really good if you have a big order and are profitable to them. No idea about food as they won't let poor people order. REALLY ASTONISHING SERVICE. THANKS RAJA INDIAN CUISINE.!!!!
